About Matthew:
Matthew began his legal career with the United States Department of Justice as a law clerk with the United States Attorney for the Western District of Arkansas, assisting in the prosecution of federal crimes. After completing his clerkship, he took a position with the Benton County Prosecutor’s Office as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, where he spent nearly every day in court. Matthew left the prosecutor’s office for private practice in 2016. Matthew focuses his practice on domestic and criminal work. He is the President of the Washington County Bar Association and serves on the Arkansas Bar Association Board of Trustees. He lives in Fayetteville with his wife Maggie and their daughter Mary Helen.
